The reseller policies listed on this page are non-negotiable. CableJive may add to, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the reseller policies listed below at any time and in our sole discretion.
By submitting a CableJive reseller application, a company accepts the reseller policies outlined below and agrees to be contacted directly by CableJive. Wholesale discounts are held equal to all like business models so as to create a fair business environment for all companies offering CableJive products.
CableJive stands behind all it's products and supports customers of our authorized resellers and distributors. CableJive warrants all purchased-as-new products against defects in materials, workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of wholesale purchase.
CableJive accepts online payments (Credit Card or Paypal) for immediate processing and shipment. A fee of $15 is added to the order total for wire transfers and products will not be shipped until payment is received. Credit terms are accepted after credit application is processed.
Sender is responsible for the shipping fees for all returned items. All items purchased more than one year prior to receipt of returned shipment or previous versions of products will not be credited. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. CableJive will issue store credit to wholesale accounts for defective products, CableJive does not allow returns of unsold products. Refunds are applied to the customer's online wholesale account as online store credit only. Credit memos will be issued to dealers who place Purchase Orders. Please allow 4-6 weeks for credit.
Upon receipt of defective items, CableJive will credit the sender's shipping fees and send replacements for each defective product. No monetary credit will be issued. Defective items include products that have physical damage or do not work as expected. Please allow 4-6 weeks for credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. CableJive posts product compatibility updates on each product page regularly and this information is expected to be displayed or linked from each reseller to avoid unnecessary returns and customer dissatisfaction.

CableJive Wholesale accounts have the option to choose one of our shipping methods or provide a shipping account number for DHL, FedEx, or UPS. CableJive's Free Shipping offers are strictly for retail purchases only, not applicable to orders using a wholesale discount code. Selection of the Free Shipping option will cause a 1-5 day delay in shipments as CableJive will need to contact shipper to confirm shipping option and cost and process payment before shipping. CableJive does not require a minimum order but greatly appreciates orders in quantity of 10s, 100s, etc. to meet inner and outer case quantities for fast, efficient shipping.
CableJive requires resellers to adhere to a MAP price of 15% of MSRP as listed on www.cablejive.com. It is the responsibility of resellers and distributors to monitor CableJive's website for updates.
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to CableJive within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through Delivery Confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.
Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed for shipping. If it has not, we are more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.
Resellers must have privacy and customer service policies, as well as overall business ethics that are compatible with those of CableJive. It is crucial that the CableJive remain a reputable and trusted brand. All internet resellers must have a web address of their own to sell CableJive products. We provide high resolution product photography free of charge for use on your website in order to maintain a consistent presentation of the brand. All CableJive material, including text from our website, packaging and other written documentation, may be used. CableJive will review your website prior to setting up an account and reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion. CableJive will also review your site periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy.
CableJive dockBoss products, including dockBoss, dockBoss air, dockBoss5 and samDock, have compatibility guides on their product pages. Dealers will be notified of major updates and expected to update their product information, in a timely manner. Dealers are expected to include this information on their product pages to avoid unnecessary returns and customer dissatisfaction. We hate spam as much as you do, and will never share your information with anyone. Subscription to our newsletter is automatic when you apply to resell our products and our newsletter is used to notify our partners of new product launches, changes to existing products, or other company news. Accounts will be reviewed annually. We reserve the right to cancel an account if CableJive's goods are not being represented properly, if the account changes ownership, or if any of our reseller policies listed on this page are violated. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of CableJive.
CableJive products cannot be sold on the Amazon.com (US) or Newegg.com (US) marketplaces, eBay.com (or any alternative auction website), or Groupon.com (or any alternative deep-discount sales channel) by any company other than CableJive. Failure to comply by any reseller or distributor may result in a temporary hold or permanent cancelation of any resale or distribution agreements and discounts.
