Malden, MA – January 2015 – Mobile accessories innovator CableJive is coming to the 2015 CES Show in Las Vegas and is bringing with it the debut of HeroDock. The world’s first truly universal docking stand, HeroDock works seamlessly with all the major smartphones and tablets, regardless of their connector. CES Show attendees can stop by booth #4021 throughout the duration of the event (January 6–9, 2015), to get a glimpse of HeroDock in action

According to a post-Christmas report from mobile analytics site Flurry, after gifts were unwrapped this year, 51.3 percent of new devices activated were made by Apple, compared to 17.7 percent for Samsung and 5.8 percent for Nokia. Getting the most out of all these new devices shouldn’t prove too difficult for households who stayed loyal to one brand, but what of those homes receiving, for instance, an iPhone 6 and an Android tablet? In that case, the situation could get messy—not to mention expensive—trying to keep all these multi-platform devices functioning optimally.

Just in time for the post-holiday tech crunch, electronic accessories creator CableJive is launching the HeroDock. Billed as the most versatile stand in the universe, HeroDock is the first truly universal docking device. It is designed for both Apple and Android gadgets with all-in-one micro USB, USB3 and Lightning cable compatibility. It is also compatible with all cases. That means it accommodates all the major smartphones and tablets while also allowing them to dock without requiring removal of their protective outer coverings.

One of the other features holiday-weary consumers will appreciate about the HeroDock is its no-tool assembly. After a Christmas morning of frenzied attempts at putting complicated gifts together, this docking stand offers a nice reprieve from such frustration. Other features that set HeroDock apart from the competition are: One of the other features holiday-weary consumers will appreciate about the HeroDock is its no-tool assembly. CableJive creates seriously useful cables and adapters for passionate music and electronics enthusiasts using iOS and Android devices. In 2006, CableJive’s culture was born in an attic with a soldering iron and a very simple, yet genius, idea to connect portable music players, to audio docks using a cable, rather than locking the device directly to the dock, enabling a more convenient and flexible connection. Early to market, dockBoss set the stage for many unique and high quality products from CableJive, including dockXtender, dockStubz, iStubz, and ProJive. CableJive has moved into an office space in Malden, MA, but still breaks out the soldering iron and electronics multi-tester to build and test new products based on requests from our loyal customer base. www.cablejive.com
